Victoria Miller joined Briskin, Cross & Sanford in March of 2009 as an associate attorney.  Victoria's practice focuses on business law, including how to structure new entities, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions. She also practices in the areas of employment law and commercial real estate. 

Victoria received her law degree from The University of South Carolina School of Law in Columbia, South Carolina.  She received her B.A. in political Science from Denison University in Granville, Ohio. 

Victoria began her law career with Pillsbury Winthrop in Stamford, Connecticut as a corporate associate.   She then joined the corporate practice at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in New York City where she practiced for two years before taking an in-house position with the cable division of Time Warner.

Victoria is admitted to practice in the states of Georgia, New York, Connecticut and Washington, DC. 

Victoria is involved in many community outreach programs.  She chaired the Outreach Committee in her community and raised money for the United Way, Jesse's house and the Susan B. Koman Foundation.   She has also served on the Board of the Homeowner's Association in her neighborhood and chairs the Facilities Committee of the PTA at her children's elementary school.
