Biography

Michelle began with the firm in 2022 as a litigation paralegal. Michelle plays a key role in mediation, hearing and trial prep and provides a range of support in civil litigation, estate planning, and probate. Michelle has been in the legal field for more than 25 years with experience in family law, estate planning, civil ligation, medical malpractice, personal injury and product liability.

In the late 90’s, Michelle received her paralegal certificate from Kennesaw State University. While working as a full-time family law paralegal, she furthered her education through the University of Georgia Continuing Legal Education program where she received additional certifications for Advanced Paralegal Studies, Victim Advocacy and Legal Research and Writing. Michelle is also a certified process server.

Born and raised in Cherokee County, Michelle and her husband, Travis, built a home on family property where they raised their 3 children.

Outside of the office Michelle enjoys traveling with her husband, boating, hiking, exercising and spending time with her girls. Michelle loves living on her small family farm where she and her husband have Nigerian dwarf goats, a miniature donkey, barn cats and three very spoiled dogs.
