Biography
Faizah N. Haider is a Litigation Paralegal at Briskin, Cross & Sanford, LLC, where she supports the firm’s attorneys and clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters. She brings a strong foundation in legal analysis, regulatory compliance, and client advocacy, ensuring that every case is managed with diligence, accuracy, and care.
Before joining Briskin, Cross & Sanford, Faizah built her career in regulatory and legal operations with leading global organizations. At LexisNexis Risk Solutions, she served as an Escalations Analyst, managing complex legal and compliance issues while collaborating with government agencies, corporate legal departments, and clients to resolve disputes. In this role, she also assisted victims of human trafficking and identity theft, ensuring their cases received the careful attention and sensitivity they required.
Previously, Faizah worked at Ernst & Young as a Regulatory Compliance Analyst, where she specialized in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols, and the preparation of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs). These experiences have equipped her with exceptional skills in document review, litigation support, and risk assessment, making her a valuable asset to the firm’s litigation team.
Faizah earned her Bachelor of Science in Consumer Economics with a concentration in Data Analytics from the University of Georgia and has completed her Master of Science in Legal Studies at Purdue Global.
Outside of her professional work, Faizah enjoys creative pursuits such as scrapbooking, photography and staying active.
