R. Kyle Paske

R. Kyle Paske is an Associate Attorney at Briskin, Cross & Sanford, LLC, where he represents businesses, executives, and individuals in commercial litigation and related transactional matters. His practice focuses on business ownership and partnership disputes, restrictive covenant and noncompete claims, contract disputes, and corporate governance issues. Kyle also advises clients on entity formation, business structuring, and risk management strategies designed to help prevent disputes before they arise.

Before joining Briskin, Cross & Sanford, Kyle practiced in Atlanta representing businesses and their insurers in a wide variety of civil defense matters, including personal injury, premises liability, and employment-related claims, including significant experience with workers’ compensation claims and premium disputes. This experience provides him with a valuable understanding of both sides of a dispute and informs his balanced, results-driven approach to litigation.

Kyle earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he competed nationally on the Securities and Business Litigation Moot Court Team. He received his B.S. in Political Science from the University of Central Florida. Kyle is admitted to practice in Florida and Georgia and is an active member of the North Fulton Bar Association.

Known for his efficiency and clear communication, Kyle focuses on achieving favorable outcomes through practical, tailored strategies that align with each client’s business objectives. He lives in Dunwoody, Georgia with his wife and three children and enjoys cooking, fly fishing, and sports.
