Rebekah Ramsay

Rebekah Ramsay is an Associate Attorney at Briskin, Cross & Sanford, LLC, where she focuses on business transactions and corporate law. She works closely with the firm’s transactional team, advising businesses, entrepreneurs, and investors on a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, commercial contracts, and general business counseling. She also serves as outside general counsel to private companies, providing ongoing, strategic legal support across all stages of the business lifecycle.

Rebekah brings a strong transactional background with experience representing buyers and sellers in both domestic and cross-border transactions. She has led due diligence efforts, negotiated transaction documents, and guided clients through complex deal processes with a practical, solutions-oriented approach. Prior to joining Briskin, Cross & Sanford, she practiced with a leading business law firm in Raleigh, North Carolina, and previously worked with King & Spalding and Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP in Atlanta, where she gained extensive experience in corporate transactions, fund formation, and business advisory work.

Known for her responsiveness and attention to detail, Rebekah partners closely with her clients to understand their business objectives and deliver efficient, thoughtful legal solutions that minimize risk and support long-term growth.

Rebekah earned her J.D., with Honors, from the Emory University School of Law, where she received a Certificate in Transactional Law and Skills and was a member of the Moot Court Society. She received her B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where she was also a member of the university’s women’s basketball team.

Rebekah is admitted to practice in Georgia and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta.

Rebekah and her husband recently relocated from Raleigh to the Atlanta area with their young daughter and are excited to be returning to the community.
