Mary Trachian-Bradley is a Senior Litigation Associate at Briskin, Cross & Sanford, LLC, where she brings extensive trial experience to a wide range of corporate and employment litigation matters. Her practice includes, among other areas: FLSA claims, contract disputes, shareholder derivative actions and breaches of fiduciary duty, employment discrimination suits, franchise law, copyright and trademark infringement litigation, and general disputes involving partnerships and corporations.

Prior to joining Briskin, Cross & Sanford, Mary was a partner at the nation’s largest minority- and women-owned law firm, where she managed a team of associates and served as lead counsel in complex civil litigation matters involving claims of up to $26 million. Her substantial trial experience, combined with a strong command of complex transactional issues, enables her to strategically guide clients through sophisticated business disputes.

In addition to her legal practice, Mary is deeply engaged in professional and civic leadership. She serves as the 2026 Chair of the Board of the Alpharetta Business Council and is an officer of the Marion T. Pope, Jr. American Inn of Court, reflecting her commitment to the advancement of the legal profession and the broader business community.

Mary earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law in 2005, where she served as Vice President of Moot Court and a Law Review Editor. A strong believer in service and mentorship, she is a proud foster parent and has been a dedicated Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters for over twelve years.

Outside of her professional and community commitments, Mary enjoys traveling with her husband and son.
