Biography

Maggie works in a dual role at BCS as both the first point of contact for our clients serving as the receptionist as well as working as a legal assistant.  She plays an essential role in billing, document management, and ongoing client communications.  Maggie also supports attorneys in our firm’s corporate and civil litigation practices.

Maggie began her legal career at a large firm whose practice focused on high-volume foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy matters. Since becoming part of the BCS team, Maggie has enjoyed the transition to a firm with a client-focused approach where she is encouraged to expand her knowledge of the firm’s varied practice areas, including participating in the firm’s internal  “Lunch and Learn” series, which strives to share knowledge and grow partnerships across the firm.

Maggie graduated from Georgia College & State University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration.

While in school, Maggie served on the Executive Board of Alpha Gamma Delta and volunteered at the Baldwin County Animal Shelter and Café Central Soup Kitchen.

Outside of work, Maggie loves spending time with friends and family, listening to live music, trying new spots around town, and reading a good book.
